For this collab with our friends of Vocation Brewery, we traveled to a charming town called Hebden Bridge in West Yorkshire! We brewed a rich imperial stout with lots of rye, which was then matured with figs, green cardamom and cinnamon sticks. The perfect beer to treat yourself to, during the darker days.

We brewed this collab with Freigeist Bierkultur at Brauerei Vormann in Germany. We added quite some peach to this fresh and sour beer, and a subtle amount of cedar wood and smoked malts.

Our Opgebokt! is a German-style, bottom-fermented doppelbock with an ABV of 7.5%. This isn’t your ordinary industrial-brewed sugary swill, this is Bockbier with a bite!

We threw a mix of Westcoast influences, Colombus, Citra, Idaho 7 and Talus hops into the jazz blender, added a secret hop ingredient for extra character and voila… this cool cat was born!

Calvados barrel aged rye wine

This barley wine was made with quite some rye malts, so we called it a rye wine. The beer has aged in French Calvados barrels from the renowed Maison Boulard.

Rum barrel aged sour ale with pineapple & lime

With Kaapse Brouwers we brewed a nice, fresh, tropical sour ale with pineapple, lime and a touch of caramel rye malt for the extra bite and fullness of flavour. And then the beer was aged in rum barrels for 10 months.
