Cuvee du Cariboo
Maple brandy & bourbon Barrel aged Imperial coffee porter
Cuvee du Cariboo is the big, super chic brother of Camp Cariboo, our imperial coffee porter with maple syrup.
But this one is barrel-aged. And that’s not all, no it’s DOUBLE barrel-aged.
The beer was aged for nine months in both Buffalo Trace bourbon casks and maple brandy casks. And the latter are brandy barrels on which maple syrup has matured!
To make the party complete, we also added freshly roasted coffee from DENF from Eindhoven. Oh la la, c’est formidable!
A three-star beer that we call a cuvée without batting an eye!
