Jazz Age
Imperial IPA
We have of course brewed imperial IPA’s before, but for this new release we started with a completely open mind and took inspiration from different genres and styles.
We threw a mix of Westcoast influences, Colombus, Citra, Idaho 7 and Talus hops into the jazz blender, added a secret hop ingredient for extra character and voila… this cool cat was born!
Just like with jazz, the general public was not interested in IPAs for a long time and now look! Now we can’t live without it and we are totally rocking this beer!
