Dreamcatcher
DDH Hazy IPA
DREAMCATCHER is our newest DDH New England IPA. DDH simply means double dry hopped.
The result is a super-fruity beer with a slightly bitter finish.
For Dreamcatcher we used our favourite combo of American hops: TALUS (pink grapefruit, citrus, pine), SABRO (mandarin, coconut, tropical fruit), MOSAIC (mango, blueberry and papaya). Yum!
To quote the Eurythmics: Sweet dreams are made of this… and who are we to disagree?!
