For this silky smooth beer we brewed a Baltic Porter. ‘Baltic’ means a bottom fermation in this case. This results in a clean taste that puts all it’s attention on the malts.
But that’s not all, we matured it for ten months on Spanish PX barrels (sherry), which provides beautiful flavours such as raisins, figs and dates.
