And while we love experimentation and innovation at Van Moll, we also value tradition. That’s why we made this Quadrupel with only a few ingredients: malt, hops, water and a tasty variety of dark Belgian sugars. Very traditional indeed.

This beer is all about balance. The subtle combination of malt, burnt sugar and delicious Belgian yeast delivers notes of dried fig and prune.

Ok, ok, we put our own spin on this Belgian tradition by adding a touch of Australian Galaxy hops to the mix. The result is a subtle peach and passion fruit finish.
