At Van Moll we respect traditions, but we are also on the look out for innovation. This beer is an example of the latter. We love saisons for their dry, spicy and bitter character. And also of the somewhat heavier versions of this Walloon style.

With Bon Vivant, we combined this with the amount of dry hopping that we normally use with our New England IPAs. An outrageous amount.
We used Glacier (spicy, wood, citrus), Simcoe (peach, passion fruit but also pine and earthy) and Mosaic (mango, tropical, blueberries).

All this together makes for a blast of a beer. Complex and fruity, but also surprisingly drinkable for its 9% due to the dryness.

Come on, be a lighthearted bon vivant!
