Vin de saison? Yes, that’s what we call this new creation. We brewed a heavy saison of 10 percent and let it mature for 11 months on Domaine Pélaquié white wine barrels. These barrels were used for Cuvée Luc Pélaquié, the best wine of the house for our best saison of the house!
A rich beer with rich flavours such as vanilla, tropical fruit, grapes (duh!) and peach.
