The youngest member of our craft beer family is Benjamin, a very special Helles bock.
We brewed up a traditional bottom-fermented Maibock with lots of Munchener malt and German caramel malt, which gives it a warm, orange glow. We then dry-hopped it like an IPA with loads of Citra and Mosaic hops.
The result is a crisp beer bursting with tropical fruit.
Dare we say the perfect spring beer? Cheers!
