Zoltan, Dracula’s dog. Zoltan, the character (and hand gesture) from the movie “Dude, where’s my car?”. Zoltan, the soothsayer in the funfair machine of the same name. And Zoltan, the Hungarian boy’s name meaning “Sultan”.
But most importantly: Zoltan, our thickest, most complex barrel aged imperial stout! Each time matured in different whiskey and whiskey barrels.
This edition has matured for 10 months in whisky barrels from the Scottish Tomintoul distillery. This whisky stands out among the other Speyside distilleries for its elegant, subtle profile that reveals toffee, honey, vanilla and orange. Not a powerhouse, but more of a gentle giant!
