Stouts and dark chocolate are good friends to begin with, but for this special we emphasized that. And underlined it with a thick marker.
We added an outrageous amount of freshly roasted Chocolatemakers cocoa nibs to the mash kettle. To make the beer even more special, we also used our new favourite Belgian yeast: Rochefort.
This gives the beer a subtly fruity touch.
