RECIPE: Watermelon beer cocktail

Biercocktails, if you’ve ever visted our bar in Eindhoven you know how much we love them. So it’s no surprise we made a watermelon beer cocktail with our newest beer Mr. Majestyk, a watermelon candy double IPA. 

INGREDIENTS
1/2 small watermelon
4 cl Cointreau
2 cl rum
1 bottle Mr. Majestyk
icecubes

PREP
Cut the watermelon into pieces and put them in a blender. Mix until smooth, put it through a sieve an catch the juice in a jug. Add Cointreau and rum to the jug and top it off with the bottle of Mr. Majestyk. Stirr it once more and add ice cubes as a refreshing element.
