Quadrophenia

10,2% ABV

We brewed this Quadrupel with only a few ingredients: malt, hops, water and a tasty variety of dark Belgian sugars. Very traditional.
The subtle combination of malt, burnt sugar and delicious Belgian yeast delivers notes of dried fig and prune.

Ok, ok, we put our own spin on this Belgian tradition by adding a touch of Australian Galaxy hops to the mix. The result is a subtle peach and passion fruit finish.
