Rum barrel aged sour with pineapple and lime
8% ABV
For this collab with Kaapse Brouwers from Rotterdam, we have taken another approach. We brewed a nice, fresh, tropical sour ale with pineapple, lime and a touch of caramel rye malt for the extra bite and fullness of flavour. And then the beer was aged in rum barrels for 10 months.
