An extremely fruity, very mildly bitter beer. For Dreamcatcher, we used our favourite combination of American hops: TALUS (pink grapefruit, citrus, pine), SABRO (mandarin, coconut, tropical fruit) and MOSAIC (mango, blueberries and papaya). Yummie.
