At Van Moll we love good food just as much as we love great beer. For this beer we were inspired by the Northern Indian cuisine, from the state of Punjab, where probably one of the most loved beverages is a lassi: a refreshing yoghurt drink. During the sweltering Indian summer the mango lassi, undoubtedly, is the most cherished combo. To this summer IPA we therefore added milk sugar (lactose) and a whopping 400 kilos of mango puree. Garamī dā su’āda!
